This Policy describes data processing on https://betonmixer.app (the “Site”) - the marketing site for Betonmixer. Installer downloads, license purchases and PRO activation run through related services (see section 6). 1. What the Site does The Site publishes product information, redirects to the FREE installer download and (when sales are open) to checkout. The Site does not process payments directly. 3. Data when you visit the Site • technical request data: IP address, browser and device type, language, country (for locale and buy routing), date and time; • cookies and similar technologies - only if enabled; at publication time the Site does not use ad pixels. Volume is minimal and required for operation, security and hosting analytics (Vercel). 4. Download, app and license The Download button points to an installer on gear.neuropunk.ru. The Site does not ask for email to download. On install, PRO trial activation, purchase and key binding we may process: email, license key, hardware configuration hash (HWID), app version, IP and country at activation. Third parties • Vercel Inc. - Site hosting; • gear.neuropunk.ru - installer distribution, RU sales, license records; • Stripe - payment for non-RU buyers (when available); • store payment providers (YooKassa etc.) - purchases on gear.neuropunk.ru. Vercel hosting may involve cross-border transfer of technical access logs. 7. Retention Hosting logs - per provider policy. License data - on the licensing service and store side, per their policies and law. 8. Your rights Request information, correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent - email admin@neuropunk.ru.
