Terms for betonmixer.app and the Betonmixer software license. 1. Parties 1.1. https://betonmixer.app is operated by IE Yevgeny Aleksandrovich Besman (details: https://gear.neuropunk.ru/requisites/). 1.2. The software is licensed, not sold. Installing and using it means you accept these terms. 2. Open beta 2.1. FREE build for Windows 10/11 x64. PRO - 7-day in-app trial (once per machine; internet required to start). 2.2. Beta builds may contain bugs; reports via in-app “Found a bug?” or admin@neuropunk.ru. 2.3. PRO purchase on the Site may be temporarily disabled; check the homepage for status. 3. FREE and PRO 3.1. FREE - full editor without PRO automation (see Pricing on the Site). 3.2. PRO - additional automation; after purchase - perpetual license with updates, 2 machines per key, transfer via deactivation. 4. Download and updates Installer is hosted on gear.neuropunk.ru. Updates within the same edition (FREE/PRO) for active PRO licenses - no extra fee. 5. Purchase (when available) 5.1. Russia - gear.neuropunk.ru (YooKassa), 54-FZ receipt. Store offer: https://gear.neuropunk.ru/oferta/ 5.2. Outside Russia - Stripe Payment Link (€77), VAT per Stripe rules. 5.3. Refund within 14 days - full, via the same payment method. 6. Restrictions No decompilation, license circumvention, key resale, or infringement of third-party rights. You are responsible for mix content. 7. Warranty Software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Back up your projects. 8. Law and claims Law of the Russian Federation. Claims: admin@neuropunk.ru. 9.
